I have recently had the opportunity to work with Bill Dimes and his staff at DimeSoft Business Solutions, Inc. in the implementation of an accounting software solution at Hickman's Egg Ranch in Arizona. Although the job was a huge, comprehensive task, that included a lot of specialized programming to tailor the system to Hickman's needs, Bill Dimes and his staff were extremely helpful and professional during the entire process.
I was especially impressed with Bill's comprehensive understanding of the accounting processes of a manufacturing/distributing concern such as Hickman's. With this understanding, he was able to design a system that enabled Hickman's to cut down on their need for accounting personnel, as the program was able to handle more accounting processes than its predecessor. Workloads in the Accounts Receivable position and the Purchase Order/Payables positions were literally cut in half due to the efficiencies created with the DimeSoft system. Tasks that were previously performed manually, due to inadequacies in the old system, are now being handled within the DimeSoft system resulting in increased efficiency and accuracy.
In instances throughout the project when unforeseen problems would arise, DimeSoft went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that the necessary changes were made to solve the problem.
Without reservation, I highly recommend Bill Dimes and his company, DimeSoft Business Solutions, to anyone who is interested in updating their current system. He is a man of great integrity and he stands behind his product and service 110%.
