Discovery
We spend some time with you to learn about your business. We will ask questions about your transaction volumes, procedural flows, and required reports. We dig to find the areas of your business that are unique or might present challenges when fitting your new system. We might ask for some sample customers, vendors, items, and transactions so we can prepare a demonstration with information that will be familiar to you.
Demonstration
Armed with the information from the discovery, we will prepare a demonstration of the system that best fits your needs. We will show you exactly how your new system will work. We will take special care to cover any areas that we feel may be cumbersome or difficult and make suggestions on ways to either tailor the software or optimize your procedures to make the most of your new system. During this demonstration, we will highlight areas where you can save money and time by using the new software and help you determine your return on investment (ROI).
Implementation
Implementation involves tasks such as data conversion, software installation and setup, training, and tailoring your new system. Sometimes, reports and screens require modifications to meet your exact specifications. Don't worry, we have successfully implemented many systems and our job is to help you through these tasks. We're happy to work with your staff, customers, and vendors wherever necessary to ease the transition. We have implementation flowcharts and checklists that guide us through and simplify this entire process. You'll be up and running on your new system in no time.
Go-Live
We'll be standing right beside you at Go-Live time to help guide you through your first few days of transactions. Nothing eases the stress of implementing a new system like a person with the knowledge and resources to handle any situation that might arise by your side for the first few sales and shipments.
Support
Unlike many other companies, we support all of our clients ourselves. We don't hand off support to a third party that doesn't know about your business, your procedures, or your software. If you have a problem or question, we will be there to help you through it. We still support our customers running systems we installed 15 years ago! We can also help with any software updates and provide ongoing customization services to keep your software tuned to your business for maximum efficiency.
